Shipping & Delivery

All deliveries require a signature on receipt, we will notify you when your item has been despatched and a likely delivery timeframe. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If you would like to give Authority to Leave, please let us know when making your order, your shipment will then be left at the delivery address without signature.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. 95% of orders are despatched within 1-3 working days; if goods are unavailable however it could take a little longer and we would be in touch.

Warranty & Repair
We don't believe in hanging our customers out to dry, that is why we offer a full 2 year warranty parts and labour on most of our products - see individual products for details.
Here's how it works: In the unlikely event you have an issue with your unit, simply give us a call on 1300 537 300 or submit an online enquiry HERE and we will get back to you ASAP. We will then troubleshoot with you over the phone and work with you to figure out the best course of action, this might be returning the unit to us so it can be repaired, or us arranging for a technician to visit onsite and make the required repairs. Either way, we stand by our products 100%.
The Warranty does not cover general wear and tear, hire, inappropriate use or problems as a result of non-maintenance as specified by the product manual.
